Harpreet Puri serves as a managing director of SHARP & Associates. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Harpreet has experience in full cycle accounting, tax preparation, management consulting, asset management, and strategic planning.

Harpreet earned an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with high distinction, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
STEVEN ROCHA, CPA
Managing Director
Steven Rocha is a managing director with SHARP & Associates. With over a decade of industry experience, Steven has worked his way up through the ranks and served in a variety of roles, while undertaking a vast array of accounting duties. He specializes in full-cycle financial accounting, advisory, treasury management, and financial statement preparation.

Steven strongly believes in the importance of working closely with clients to create a tailored solution for their business needs. He also believes in going beyond the numbers, and maintaining the importance of the human side of any business relationship.

Steven graduated from the University of Toronto with high distinction, where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, with a specialty in accounting and a major in economics. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
